WEST LODGE COTTAGE

One of the prettiest cottages at Guyzance, West Lodge is located on the banks of the River Coquet and enjoys stunning views of the water and wildlife around – guests might be lucky enough to see otters and red squirrels.

The property sleeps 6 people and is comfortable and well equipped. The large lounge has an almost panoramic view over the river, an open fire, comfortable sofas and freeview TV and DVD player. There is a cloakroom off the lounge. The Kitchen/ Dining Room has an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and dining table seating 6. There is a ground floor double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor and a further two bedrooms. One has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, the other has a superking bed, also with en-suite shower room.

West Lodge is located at the bottom of the drive leading up to Guyzance Hall and has some off road parking and a small garden to the side with furniture and a barbecue. It is approximately a 10 minute walk up to the tennis court.
