WEST HOUSE COTTAGE

The largest of the Guyzance holiday cottages, West House is a lovely detached farmhouse sleeping 8 people within the 800 acre estate of Guyzance Hall.

The spacious accommodation includes a large lounge with, open fire, freeview TV and DVD player. A door leads through into the dining area of the kitchen with large oak table seating 8, gas range oven and SMEG fridge freezer with a further door leading into the kitchen. There is a ground floor double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite shower room. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms, both with super king beds and en-suite shower rooms (one with bath), plus a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Outside there is plenty of parking space in the courtyard, which leads to a large enclosed orchard garden with furniture and a barbecue. West House is located approximately a 10 minute walk from the tennis court and Guyzance Hall.

The private gardens of Guzance Hall are spectacular with sweeping lawns, topiary garden and Victorian walled garden.
