The North Lodge bungalow is arranged without stairs, making it an ideal choice for those with mobility disabilities. It accommodates five guests within three bedrooms; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single, whereas The Head Gardener's House sleeps six within 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms.

Both residences maintain a high quality of décor and furnishings throughout. The kitchens feature oak units and both living rooms maintain large original fireplaces.
